Fatima Ali Khan serves as Director Special Initiatives, CSR, & Diversity at RUDA, where she provides strategic leadership across three critical fronts. In her capacity for overseeing Special Initiatives, she is responsible for flagship projects that address urgent community needs in areas such as health, education, and inclusivity. Her role in CSR focuses on developing and implementing social impact projects that are strategically aligned with RUDA’s development footprint, including collaborations with various Embassies and UN missions to achieve Sustainable Development Goals. Furthermore, in driving the Diversity mandate, she is tasked with ensuring equitable access and opportunities for women, youth, and specially-abled persons, thereby fostering a more inclusive RUDA.
